1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "big79," "We," "Us," or "Our" refers to the big79 gaming platform, its operators, and authorized representatives.
• "Platform" or "Website" refers to the big79 website located at https://big79.cam and all associated services, applications, and interfaces.
• "User," "You," or "Your" refers to any individual who creates an account, accesses, or uses the big79 platform.
• "Account" refers to the personal gaming account created by a User to access big79 services.
• "Funds" refers to Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) deposited into a User's Account or won through gaming activities.
• "Bet" or "Wager" refers to any stake placed on a gaming outcome through the Platform.
• "Game" or "Gaming Activity" refers to any sports betting, casino game, slot game, live dealer game, or other entertainment offering available on the Platform.
• "Terms" refers to these Terms & Conditions, including all policies referenced herein.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an Account on big79, accessing the Platform, or placing any Bet, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and all other rules and policies posted on the Platform. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and big79. We reserve the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. You are responsible for regularly reviewing this page to stay informed of any updates.

3. Eligibility Requirements

To create an Account and use big79 services, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age. big79 strictly prohibits underage gambling. We implement robust age verification measures, including mandatory identity document verification (KTP - Indonesian National Identity Card) for all Users. Any Account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all Funds forfeited, and the matter reported to appropriate authorities.

3.2 Geographic Requirement

You must be a resident of Indonesia. big79 is designed specifically for the Indonesian market and complies with applicable regulations governing online gaming services in Indonesia. Users accessing the Platform from outside Indonesia may be restricted or prohibited from using certain features.

3.3 Legal Capacity

You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. You must not be subject to any legal restriction that would prevent you from entering into this agreement or from using online gaming services.

3.4 Single Account Policy

Each User is permitted to maintain only one Account on big79. Creating multiple Accounts, whether under your own name or using false identities, is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account termination and forfeiture of all Funds and winnings.

3.5 Voluntary Participation

You must be acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party. Professional or commercial gambling operations are prohibited. You must not use the Platform if you have previously self-excluded from big79 or any other gambling platform.

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 Registration Process

To create an Account on big79, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name as it appears on your KTP, date of birth, valid email address, mobile phone number, residential address in Indonesia, and preferred username and password. All information must be truthful and verifiable. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate Account termination.

4.2 KYC Verification

big79 operates under strict Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations. All Users must complete identity verification by submitting the following documents within 30 days of Account registration:

• Clear photograph or scan of valid Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP)
• Selfie photograph holding your KTP next to your face
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence) dated within the last 3 months (may be requested in certain circumstances)

Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe will have withdrawal privileges suspended until verification is complete. big79 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time to verify identity, address, or payment method ownership.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. You must immediately notify big79 support if you suspect any unauthorized access to your Account or any security breach.

All activity conducted through your Account is your responsibility, whether authorized by you or not. big79 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your Account due to your failure to maintain adequate security.

4.4 Account Information Updates

You must keep your Account information current and accurate at all times. If your personal details change (address, phone number, email), you must update this information immediately through your Account settings or by contacting customer support. big79 is not responsible for failed communications or payment processing issues resulting from outdated Account information.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

big79 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods:

• Bank Transfers: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja

All transactions must be conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and Account VIP tier. big79 does not charge deposit fees, though your bank or payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

5.2 Deposit Processing

Bank transfer deposits are typically processed within 5-15 minutes during Indonesian banking hours (Monday-Friday, 08:00-16:00 WIB). E-wallet deposits are processed instantly upon confirmation. Deposits made outside banking hours or on weekends and public holidays may experience delays until the next business day.

You must only deposit Funds from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. big79 reserves the right to reverse any deposit made from a payment source not registered to the Account holder and may suspend the Account pending investigation.

5.3 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the verified Account holder. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50,000. Maximum withdrawal limits are:

• Bank Transfers: Rp 50,000,000 per transaction
• E-Wallets: Rp 10,000,000 per transaction

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1-3 hours during business hours (08:00-22:00 WIB). First-time withdrawals require completed KYC verification and may take up to 24 hours for security review. big79 does not charge withdrawal fees, though receiving banks or payment providers may apply their standard incoming transfer fees.

5.4 Wagering Requirements

Before any withdrawal can be processed, deposited Funds must be wagered at least one time (1x turnover requirement). This requirement prevents money laundering and ensures compliance with financial regulations. Bonus Funds are subject to specific wagering requirements as detailed in Section 7 of these Terms.

5.5 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

big79 maintains strict Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policies. We reserve the right to investigate suspicious transaction patterns, request additional documentation, delay or refuse withdrawals pending investigation, and report suspicious activity to relevant authorities. Patterns that may trigger investigation include but are not limited to: rapid deposit and withdrawal cycles with minimal gaming activity, deposits from multiple payment sources, requests to change withdrawal payment method shortly after deposit, or transactions that appear inconsistent with the User's stated profile or gaming behavior.

6. Betting Rules and Conduct

6.1 General Betting Rules

All Bets placed on big79 are governed by the specific rules of each game type (sports betting, casino games, slots, live dealer games). Game-specific rules are available within each game interface and take precedence over these general Terms in case of conflict. Once a Bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or reversed except in cases of obvious technical error as determined solely by big79.

6.2 Sports Betting Rules

Sports Bets are settled based on official results as determined by the relevant governing body or league. In cases where a match is postponed, rescheduled, or cancelled, specific settlement rules apply depending on the sport and market type—these rules are detailed in our comprehensive Sports Betting Rules available in the Platform's help section.

Live betting odds are subject to rapid changes based on in-game events. Users acknowledge that odds may change between the time a Bet is requested and the time it is confirmed. Users are responsible for reviewing and accepting the final odds before confirmation.

6.3 Casino and Slot Game Rules

All casino games, slot games, and live dealer games are provided by third-party licensed game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Ezugi, Spribe, and others. Each game operates according to its published rules and Return to Player (RTP) percentage. big79 does not control game outcomes—all results are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or live game procedures maintained by the game provider.

6.4 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Each game and betting market has specified minimum and maximum stake limits. These limits vary by game type, market, and User VIP tier. Users are responsible for ensuring their Bets comply with applicable limits. Bets placed in violation of stake limits will be voided.

6.5 Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of an obvious error in odds, results, or game operation, big79 reserves the right to void affected Bets and refund stakes. Obvious errors include but are not limited to: incorrect odds posted due to technical malfunction, incorrect game results due to software error, or duplication of Bets due to system malfunction. big79's decision regarding whether an error occurred and how to resolve it is final.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

7.1 Bonus Terms

big79 offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions including eligibility criteria, wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, and maximum bet limits while bonus is active.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds must be wagered a specified number of times (typically between 10x and 40x depending on the promotion) before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering contributions vary by game type:

• Slots: 100% contribution (Rp 100 wagered = Rp 100 toward requirement)
• Live Casino: 10-20% contribution depending on game
• Sports Betting: Typically 100% contribution for bets at odds 1.80 or higher
• Table Games: 5-10% contribution or excluded entirely

7.3 Bonus Abuse and Forfeiture

Bonus abuse is strictly prohibited and includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, using betting strategies designed solely to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, coordinating with other Users to exploit bonus offers, or any other behavior that violates the spirit of the promotion. big79 reserves the right to void bonuses, confiscate winnings, and terminate Accounts engaged in bonus abuse.

7.4 Withdrawal During Active Bonus

If you request a withdrawal before completing bonus wagering requirements, the active bonus and all winnings derived from it will be forfeited. Only your original deposit and any winnings from non-bonus Funds will be available for withdrawal.

8. Responsible Gaming

big79 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and preventing gambling-related harm. 9. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on big79 and will result in Account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of Funds:

• Creating multiple Accounts or using another person's Account
• Providing false identity information or fraudulent documents
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age
• Colluding with other Users to manipulate games or outcomes
• Using bots, automated systems, or software to place Bets
• Exploiting software bugs, vulnerabilities, or errors for advantage
• Engaging in fraudulent payment practices including chargebacks, stolen payment methods, or money laundering
• Harassing or abusing customer support staff or other Users
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to access restricted areas of the Platform
• Using VPNs or proxy services to circumvent geographic restrictions

10. Limitations of Liability

big79 provides the Platform and gaming services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee that the Platform will be error-free, secure, or continuously available. Technical issues, maintenance, server failures, network problems, or third-party service disruptions may occasionally affect Platform availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, big79 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or emotional distress.

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of big79 shall not exceed the amount of Funds in your Account at the time of the claim, or Rp 10,000,000, whichever is less.

You acknowledge that online gaming carries inherent risks including the possibility of losing money. You are solely responsible for managing your bankroll and gaming behavior.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

big79 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Grounds for termination include but are not limited to: violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, underage gambling, excessive chargebacks, abusive behavior toward staff, or any activity that big79 determines in its sole discretion to be harmful to the Platform or other Users.

Upon Account termination, you will no longer have access to the Platform. Any remaining Funds in your Account (excluding forfeited bonuses or winnings obtained through prohibited activities) will be returned to you via your verified payment method within 30 days, subject to completion of any pending investigations.

You may voluntarily close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Voluntary closures are processed within 7 business days, and remaining Funds are returned via your verified payment method.

12. Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute or complaint regarding big79 services, you must first contact our customer support team via email at [email protected] or through live chat. We will make every effort to resolve the issue promptly and fairly.

If the dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, you may escalate the matter to our management team by submitting a formal written complaint detailing the nature of the dispute, relevant dates, transaction IDs, and your desired resolution. Management will review the complaint and respond within 14 business days.

Any disputes that cannot be resolved through big79's internal processes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Indonesia. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia.

13. General Provisions

13.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and big79 regarding use of the Platform.

13.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

13.3 Waiver

big79's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

13.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your Account or any rights under these Terms to any third party. big79 may assign or transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms at any time without notice.

13.5 Language

These Terms are written in English. While translations may be provided for convenience, the English version shall prevail in case of any conflict or ambiguity.
